Our relationships with foragers and growers allows us to include the very best ingredients.
The evening starts off upstairs with views of the Firth of Forth where we present a bespoke list of apéritifs & Champagnes alongside snacks which are plated up by chefs at the centre counter.
We will then progress downstairs to our main dining room to continue with a 10 course menu with an open kitchen to watch the Chef’s prepare your dishes.

Our 10 course tasting menu is served Wednesday to Saturday evening from 7pm.
It is priced at £165 per head.
Lunch
For lunch, Friday and Saturday afternoon only, we serve a 5 or 7 course tasting menu for £65/£95 per head.

We offer tables for 1 to 6 guests in the dining room.
Please be aware that we cannot accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets, or menus completely free of milk protein, eggs, fish and shellfish. We do offer gluten free alternatives and can alter to suit pescatarian diets and nut allergies.
